AI transparency
AI-powered interfaces make it clear they are AI. Wherever AI interacts with users, we show a simple disclosure such as 'You are chatting with an AI assistant from Hope Valley'.
Human escalation
Every AI workflow can be escalated to a person. Sensitive cases, low-confidence situations and complex conversations are handed off to humans.
Audit trail
AI interactions are designed to support audit logs, timestamps, a responsible business owner, and model and provider information kept internally.
Human oversight
AI actions support confidence thresholds, escalation, human review, human override and audit logging. AI does not make business decisions on its own.
AI literacy
The EU AI Act includes AI literacy obligations for providers and deployers. We offer AI Literacy for Teams, covering safe AI use, data handling, prompting, oversight, bias awareness and company-specific rules.
AI governance service
Our AI Governance & Responsible Automation service covers AI inventory, risk classification, use-case mapping, human oversight design, disclosure, prompt and data-handling policies, internal guidelines, vendor review, workflow documentation, audit logs, escalation procedures and model change management.
Implementation support, not legal certification
EU AI Act Article 50 transparency rules apply to relevant interactive AI systems from 2 August 2026. We help businesses put practical, documented, human-centred AI in place. We do not provide legal certification or guarantee legal compliance.
